Scots Nights Wednesdays - August 1st and August 15th. Summer fun for all, including all the singing, dancing etc of a traditional Scots evening Ceilidh.	Auchendean's Gardens

Abernethy Highland Games -
Every second Saturday in August.

The traditional, amateur, friendly Highland Games, which are the oldest established games in the area. Come and observe, or take part!

There are a huge variety of competitions from dancing, piping, heavy events, road and track races.

The massed pipe band is an unmissable spectacle.

Twinflower - can be in bloom in mid June until mid July
Heather blooms from mid August to mid September.
Fungal Season - this starts in June, but depending on the weather, reaches the main season in mid September to late October/November.
Autumn Colours - Depending on the weather, these can be at their height for a couple of weeks at the end of September into October.
